Having A Voice

DESCRIBE YOUR PROJECT

I plan to convince students from Miami Dade College to participate in the 2012 voting election and join clubs in the college as well. This will allow them to be engaged by having a voice in the community and being part of an organization they see fit.

Working with the community center of the college, students with proof will be given 5 service learning hours for voting and joining an organization. I will advertise in school events, flyers, emails, clubs, and a Facebook page. It will take into effect fall term 2012.
